In 1964 Jaime Azcona Garnica set up Garbema S.A. as a firm devoted to financial and acountant consultantcy for individuals and firms. Then he included legal , commercial and labour consultantcy in its departments as well as firm assessment and feasibility.
Due to this increasing development ,it was thought convenient for the firm to split the different departments into different firms to create a more accurate structure within the firm.This is how the names Goldwyns Ltd. and Azcona and Associates Ltd. appeared.
